Record your greeting and menu in Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia or any other language. Upload the audio, connect each keypress to a transfer, voicemail or your own API, and publish. Callers hear a real voice in their language and answer with the keypad.

In short: any language works when the words are fixed and recorded. If the call needs to speak something different on every call, such as a name or an amount, that part needs Hindi or English text-to-speech today, or a set of recordings you choose between.
Recorded prompts plus keypad menus, in the visual flow builder
No machine accent and no mispronounced place names. Callers hear someone who sounds local.
If someone can record it, the IVR can play it, including dialects no text-to-speech engine covers.
Callers answer with the keypad, so it works on feature phones and noisy lines alike.
Start with "press 1 for Tamil, 2 for English" and run a separate branch of recordings for each language.
An HTTP Request step sends the caller's choice to your CRM or backend, signed so you can verify it came from us.
Take a message when nobody can answer, and optionally record whole calls.
A regional business line that routes callers to sales, support or accounts.
Timings, fees, admission dates or scheme details, recorded once and played to every caller.
"Press 1 to 5 to rate your visit" in the caller's language, with answers sent to your system.
One number, a language menu, and the same options recorded in each language.
