Greet callers in Hindi, give them a keypad menu, transfer them to the right person or take a voicemail. Or call your customers in Hindi with their own order, appointment or payment details read out. Type the words for text-to-speech, or upload your own Hindi recordings.
The same flow builder as every Edesy IVR, with Hindi voices
Type the prompt in Devanagari or Hinglish and pick a Hindi voice from Google (hi-IN voices) or ElevenLabs. Preview it in the builder before you publish.
Prefer a human voice? Upload recorded prompts (mp3, wav, m4a or ogg, up to 5 MB each) and play them anywhere in the flow.
"Sales ke liye 1 dabaiye, support ke liye 2." Callers choose with the keypad; set the timeout and what happens when nothing is pressed.
Send each menu choice to a phone number, a SIP endpoint or voicemail, with an optional Hindi announcement before connecting.
Place a call with per-call variables, such as name, order number or due date, and speak them inside your Hindi prompts.
Start with a language choice ("Hindi ke liye 1, for English press 2") and run each branch in its own voice.
नमस्ते, {company} में आपका स्वागत है। सेल्स के लिए 1 दबाइए। सपोर्ट के लिए 2 दबाइए। संदेश छोड़ने के लिए 3 दबाइए।
| Key | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | "आपको सेल्स टीम से जोड़ा जा रहा है" and transfer to the sales number |
| 2 | Transfer to support |
| 3 | Voicemail; the recording appears in your call log |
| Nothing pressed | Your choice: a goodbye message, a transfer to reception or voicemail |
Your system places the call through the API and passes the details as variables. The flow speaks them in Hindi:
नमस्ते {{var.name}} जी, आपकी अपॉइंटमेंट {{var.date}} को {{var.time}} बजे है। कन्फ़र्म करने के लिए 1 दबाइए, बदलने के लिए 2 दबाइए।
The keypress can call your own API (for example to mark the appointment confirmed), and the call result is posted back to you when the call ends. See the IVR outbound call API.
Text-to-speech voices can misread digits inside a Hindi sentence. Two ways to avoid it:
Press 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, with the answer written back to the store.
Confirm or reschedule with a keypress for clinics, salons and home services.
Read out the due amount and date, and offer "press 1 for a callback".
Route callers to departments and take voicemail in Hindi.
"Rate us from 1 to 5" after a visit or delivery, with answers sent to your system.
Let callers check an order or delivery from a Hindi menu.
